FRUIT SWIRL COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry or cherry pie filling

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1-2 tbsp. milk

Beat sugar, butter, shortening, baking powder, vanilla, almond extract, and eggs on low speed until blended. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in flour. Spread 2/3 of batter in grease 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix glaze and drizzle over cake when warm.
