SUNSHINE SALAD 
1/2 lb. pasta
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained and flaked
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 1/2 c. processed American cheese, cubed
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. sweet pickles, chopped

Cook pasta and drain. Drain pineapple chunks, saving 1/2 cup syrup. Combine 1/2 cup pineapple juice, mayonnaise and salt. Mix and pour over pasta. Chill 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and chill.

This is like old times. Wow, I cannot believe I found it. This is a great recipe but I was lazy and use the sweet pickle relish and did not include the green pepper and the cheese. However, Thanks for the recipe.
