PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN 
1 - 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained
1 c grated Colby cheese
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
24 crackers (Ritz), crushed

Combine pineapple chunks, cheese, sugar, and flour. Pour into 8x8 buttered baking dish.

Mix together melted butter and cracker crumbs - spread over top of pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
