ROAST PORK AND BEANS 
2 lbs. pork roast
1 lb. pinto beans
2 buds garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. picante sauce
2 tsp. salt

Soak beans overnight. Remove excess fat from roast and cut meat in large cubes. Combine all ingredients and cover with water. Cook until tender in 200 degree oven. Stir occasionally. Serve over chips, topped with onions, lettuce and cheese.
