LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken thigh and leg quarters
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
water (to boil)

Place water in a stockpot about halfway full. Bring to a boil. Remove the skin from the chicken quarters and separate, if desired. Add lemon pepper seasoning. Bring to a continuous boil. Boil until all the water is out of the pot, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
