KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken (whole), cooked, boned and cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. tortillas (flour)
1 c. mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Cook chicken; bone and cut up. Layer in a baking dish the chicken, onion and cheese with tortillas. Mix soups, chicken broth, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili powder together. Pour mixture over ingredients in baking dish. Top dish with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. (Cook onions before using.)
