MICROWAVE LASAGNE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. ricotta cheese
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Set microwave to high, brown beef in 2 quart casserole until it is brown - 5 to 6 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Mix tomato sauce, paste, water and seasonings. Add to beef. Microwave, covered, 5 to 6 minutes on high. In 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish, layer 1/3 of sauce, 1/3 lasagne noodles (uncooked), 1 cup ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat, ending with sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 30 to 35 minutes on high setting. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
