2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes pistachio pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
9 x 13 inch pan

Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Lay 1 layer of graham crackers in bottom of pan. Then pudding - repeat for 3 layers. Chill and enjoy!
