PISTACHIO TORTE 
50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip
3 Heath bars

Combine crackers and butter; press into bottom of oblong cake pan. Beat pudding and milk; add ice cream. Mix; pour over crumbs. Refrigerate 2 hours. Spread Cool Whip; crush the 3 Heath bars finely and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate 3 more hours.
