PINA COLADA 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 whole eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pie filling
1/3 c. milk
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can coconut

Mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil together and beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cake cool then frost. Mix the Cool Whip, pie filling, and milk together and beat well. Then stir in the pineapples and coconut.
