GOURMET SALAD 
1 1/2 to 2 heads lettuce, broken up
4 or more chopped green onions
3 chicken breasts, cooked, boned, and diced (or use Swanson canned chicken)
1 pkg. slivered almonds, brown these in butter
1/4 c. sesame seeds, these taste better if toasted until light brown
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix all of the above together. Just before serving, add 1 large can chow mein noodles and 5 slices crumble bacon. Pour on the following dressing and toss.

DRESSING:

1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent

Blend the above ingredients well before using.
