SPINACH GOURMET SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed and drained, remove stems and break into bite sized pieces
1 (NO. 2) can bean sprouts, drained well
8 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
Salt to taste
1 med. onion, grated
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Make dressing a day ahead.
