TOMATO RELISH 
1 peck ripe tomatoes
6 hot peppers (may also use sweet peppers 2 small or 1 large)
4 onions
2 c. salt

Cut up fine. Mix with 2 cups of salt. Hang in large cloth bag to drip. (I use a pillow case.) Let drip 24 hours.

Syrup:

1 qt. sugar
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 pt. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together to make syrup. After 24 hour drip, add tomato mixture to syrup and place in jars.
