CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf French bread
16 oz. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
4 egg whites

Remove bread crusts and cube. Cut into finger size pieces. Melt butter, cream cheese and cheddar cheese together. After melted, cool 20-30 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese mixture. Dunk bread in mixture and put on tray in freezer. After frozen store in bags in freezer. When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
