LEMON - BUTTERED FLOUNDER
FILLETS
 
1 lb. flounder fillets
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika

Arrange fillets in shallow 1 1/2 quart oval microwave-proof casserole or glass pie plate. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Use cook cycle and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
