GRAPE NUTS APPLE CARAMEL PUDDING | |
12 lg. apples 1 c. Grape Nuts 1 c. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter Peel apples and cut into quarters. Place in buttered baking dish, and cover with Grape Nuts, flour, sugar, and salt creamed with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-60 minutes until apples are tender. Serve hot or cold with whipped or plain cream. Serves 6-8. |
