3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. cooked, chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. bread cubes
2 beaten eggs
Seasonings

Make cream sauce by combining flour, butter and milk. Add spinach, bread cubes and eggs to cream sauce. Mix well. Pour into buttered ring mold. Place mold in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Makes 1 small mold.

Can add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to spinach.
