BAKED CORN 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 can corn
2 eggs, beaten slightly
salt, pepper and sugar to taste

In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and milk. Continue to stir until thick. Remove from heat. Add corn, eggs, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well and pour

into a baking dish.

Bake at 375°F until brown on top, about 45 minutes.
