POTATOES ON THE GRILL 
8 med. potatoes
butter
Sm. onion or onion flakes
Salt and pepper
Bell pepper (optional)

Scrub potatoes and cut in strips (like French fries). Place them on a large piece of aluminum foil. Chop onion and bell peppers and pale on potatoes. Put 3 or 4 tablespoons of butter on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring edges of the foil together and seal, leaving room for expansion of steam. Cook potatoes on grill 1 hour or until tender. Turn occasionally. Serve on foil.
