SPANISH PECANS 
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecan meats

Beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Add pecans and mix well until all are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in large bowl; add nuts and mix thoroughly. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Turn after each 15 minutes.
