6 med. pork chops
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
2 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 c. milk
Pepper to taste

In paper bag mix potato flakes, salt and pepper. Shake to mix well. Dip chops in milk and drop into bag shake to coat fry in medium frying pan. Cook well.

Reserve grease, add potato flakes and stir until flakes dissolve. Add milk and stir until thick. If gravy doesn't thicken up add 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, add to gravy.
