RHUBARB JAM 
3 c. rhubarb
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. red Jello

Bring to a boil rhubarb and water. Add sugar and boil again for a few minutes. Add 1 (3 oz.) package red Jello. Remove from heat. Pour into jars and seal.
