FESTIVE FROZEN CRANBERRY MOLD | |
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip (thawed) In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in 13x9 inch baking dish. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting. Return leftovers to freezer. (This is our favorite holiday salad.) |
