TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked turkey, diced
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 tsp. salt

Saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in soup, water, cheese and salt. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat and serve. Variation: Use tuna, chicken instead of turkey.
