ITALIAN BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 onion, broccoli, cauliflower
Fresh mushrooms
4 carrots
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. Italian seasonings
1 oz. beef base
2 cans Italian tomato paste
1/2 gal. water

Brown meat with chopped up onion in large kettle. Add 1/2 gallon of water and beef base. Cut up all the vegetable and add to kettle along with stewed tomatoes, tomato paste and Italian seasonings. Let simmer until vegetables are tender.
