SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
4 well beaten whole eggs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. pecan meats
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
pastry shell (unbaked)

Beat eggs well. Add salt, sugar, butter, flour and corn syrup. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into unbaked crust and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F. If crust begins to get too brown, turn heat down to 300°F after 15 minutes.
