FROSTING FOR ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk to a paste and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Put in mixer, beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. This frosting keeps well.
