SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1 jar chunky spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Stir in butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10" pie plate. Spread cottage cheese on top of "crust".

Brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in sauce and heat. Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 additional minutes.
