CONGEALED RICE SALAD | |
1 c. rice 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple 1 c. whipped cream 1 c. confectioners sugar 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, if desired 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Cook rice according to package directions; cool. Mix 2 cups boiling water with gelatin; chill until partially set. Add rice, pineapple, whipped cream, sugar, walnuts to marshmallows. Mix well. Chill until firm. 10 servings. |
