SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Morton Tender quick salt

Mix together and shape into 3 rolls about 6 inch long and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees on a broiler pan in oven. Meat will look red. Refrigerate or freeze.
