STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. rice or macaroni (cooked)

OPTIONAL TOPPING:

1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Cut and seed green peppers. Put in boiling water to boil for 5 minutes; drain. Brown beef with onions and garlic, stir to crumble meat. Add 1 cup spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

Stuff peppers with the meat mixture. Pour the second cup of spaghetti sauce over the peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese for last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
