TEXAS SPAGHETTI | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion 1 sm. bell pepper 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cans tomato soup 1 sm. box lasagna noodles 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese Brown together ground beef, onion, and bell pepper; drain. Add salt, pepper, and tomato soup; simmer. Cook lasagna noodles. Layer half the meat in a 9 x 13 dish. Layer half the noodles on top, then 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with cheese and mushrooms or black olives. Cook 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
