CHOCOLATE - PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Place in food processor and process until mixed and coarse dough is formed. Press into greased 10 inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

1ST LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together well and stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread in bottom of crust.

2ND LAYER:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. cold milk

Beat together and spread over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Spread Cool Whip over 2nd layer and sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate overnight.
