GUARDIAN ANGEL COOKIES 
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar, powdered
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat on high speed until sugar dissolves. Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour or until dry.
