CUNNETTO SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 (10 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, halved in jar
1 (10 oz.) hearts of palm drained and chopped in jar
1 lg. Italian red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Salt to taste

1/2 c. oil and 1/2 cup vinegar (combine) toss with above.
