STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (can use sugar free)
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
1 banana, mashed with fork
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream

Dissolve Jello in water. Add slightly thawed strawberries and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in mashed banana. Pour 1/2 in ring mold. Chill until firm. Cover with sour cream. Pour remaining Jello over above and chill until firm. Can omit sour cream and jell in a bowl.
