CORN PUDDING 
8 slices bacon, cut small
20 (2 inch squares) soda crackers
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 cans Niblets corn (drain)

Fry bacon until brown, drain. Crush crackers fine in blender. Empty into a greased 2 quart casserole. Beat eggs, milk, bacon drippings, sugar and salt. Pour over crackers. Add bacon and corn. Mix, bake 35 minutes at 350 or until set.
