COCOA FUDGE 
2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Combine cocoa, sugar and salt.

2. Add milk, bring to boil, stirring.

3. Cook to 320 degrees (until mixture forms balls in cold water).

4. Remove from heat, drop in butter, cool to lukewarm, add vanilla and beat mixture until thickens.

5. Pour into buttered pan and cut into squares.

6. Serve hot or cold.
