TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 sm. cloves of garlic
2 tsp. camino seeds, crushed
1/2 of a sm. bell pepper
1/2 of a sm. onion, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. whole black peppers, crushed
1/2 c. water

Brown meat with 2 ounces of water, bell pepper, and onions. Use a large, deep pan and add meat to all other ingredients; cook over low heat until only a little juice is left. Serve meat in a taco shell that is preheated. Top with lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
