COFFEE CAN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 can pumpkin or squash
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix all together. Fill 3 coffee cans greased and floured 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees oven 1 hour or until done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) while still warm.
