RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. Post Raisin Bran cereal
4 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. raisins
2 c. chopped pecans
2 large bananas, mashed well

Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator overnight. Stir well after removing from refrigerator. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full.

Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 5 dozen.
