STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
1 lb. mixture of fresh carrots, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli or
Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chicken broth

Wash and slice vegetables. Heat oil in large skillet. Add vegetables and toss until coated with oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover skillet, reduce heat, steam for 8 to 10 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6
