STRAWBERRY JELLY 
4 c. berry juice (about 3 qt. berries)

Crush berries and press juice out without heating. Measure juice into kettle, add 1 bottle liquid pectin; stir well.

Place on heat, stirring, bring to full boil that cannot be stirred down.

Add sugar (7 1/2 cups) stirring, cook to full boil. Boil had 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim.

Pour into hot sterilized half pint jars. Leave 1/4" headspace, adjust lid. Process in boiling water bath 6 minutes.
