WALDORF ASTORIA STEW 
2 lb. venison stew meat
2 med. onions
1 c. celery, diced
3 carrots, bite-size
4 potatoes, lg. bite-size
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup & 1/2 can water

Put ingredients in layers, starting with venison stew meat. Mix together soup and water; pour on top of ingredients. Do not stir. Cover tightly. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees.

To make a large amount, multiply all ingredients by 6. P.S. You may use beef for this recipe if you don't feel game!
