NANA RUTHIE'S BLACK MAGIC
CHOCOLATE CAKE
 
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold black coffee
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Sour the milk by adding vinegar. Let sit aside while in large mixing bowl. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk, coffee, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Mixture will be thin. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Frost with whipped cream frosting when cool.
