1 1/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. strong coffee
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix 2 minutes. Grease and dust the pan with cocoa. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Makes 1 - 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 - 9 inch pans.
