BROILED CRAB MELTAWAYS 
1 pkg. of 6 English muffins
12 oz. crab meat
1 stick butter, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar Old English sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Slice muffins in half and cut each half into fourths and arrange on a cookie sheet. Put all ingredients except crab into bowl and mix well. Fold crab meat into mixture. Spread on English muffins. Freeze for 30 minutes. (May be frozen for weeks.) Broil until they puff up and are bubbly and slightly brown (about 10 minutes). Serve hot!

NOTE: If frozen, allow to thaw about 1/2 hour before broiling.
