IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk plus water to make 2 c.
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. biscuit mix

Pour all into blender and blend on medium, pour into deep greased pie pan (regular pie plates are not deep enough). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
