COCONUT CREAM PIE 
9 inch pastry shell, baked
1 sm. pkg. coconut cream instant pudding (make as directed)
1/2 c. whipped topping

Add 1 small package coconut cream pudding with 1/2 cup whipped topping. Pour this into baked pie shell. Put layer of whipped topping over this and toasted coconut to finish.
