OLIVE-RYE APPETIZER 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked beef, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 doz. whole grain rye crackers

Combine beef, cheese and ripe olives with mayonnaise. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each cracker. Place on baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts.

Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
